When we met with Alacrity they had a plan design that 62% of other businesses had. It was very generic and they were receiving very little value from their Broker. 

Through the OnPoint Benefits BRAGGABLE plan design process, Alacrity was able to design a plan that allowed employees to earmark dollars on an individual basis towards health and wellness. This flexibility allows employees to have ownership in the coverage. As well, we streamlined service offers to make it easier for staff to understand and access their benefits. As a valued add, Alacrity was also given OnPoint’s Perks+ Program, which helps staff access savings on a variety of everyday products and services, as well as a Financial Wellness program that staff can access at their leisure.

The Bottom Line:

  • A tailored plan design linked to the needs of the employees has eliminated spending money on benefits that went underutilised.
